In this 3-part Lesson you will learn how to build the Classic Snare drum sound and use it in a simpe two-sound beat pattern.
At the end of the lesson the student will be able to:
(1) describe and apply the tight effector (where muscles in the lips are tightened)
(2) explain how fricative sounds are made, recognise fricative iconophonics, and articulate a labiodental fricative (top front teeth to lower lip)
(3) recognise and perform rests (gaps) in beat patterns which are represented using dots
